I'm currently working on a web project that will become the company's online office with all their internal information stored and documentation for each of the projects they are working on. There aren't many requirements for this project, it just have to work. No hassle. No thinking. Just work. The login is simple, but what about if they should forget their passwords, or even their username?

It should say:
1Hahaha! Sure should!
As more and more places have their own user account systems with different usernames and passwords, it’s becoming more of a hassle to remember all those. And experience have it that getting a new password is anything but easy.
2So after doing some research and trying out some solutions of my own, I’m not really sure what’s the best solution for password retrieval. E-mail is not secure and you can’t send username and password by snail mail either. So far, the best solution seems to be some sort of confirmation code sent to your phone by SMS.
